Listing closed for suspected counterfeiting - TRUE
Summary: The discussion concerns a closure notice for the sales listing due to suspected counterfeiting, but the specific details were not provided.
An listing for a portable SSD hard drive of 1Tb was closed for suspected counterfeiting.
Dozens of listings from other sellers of my same product are still active even though I reported that the product is identical. I noticed that these sellers are based in China even though they ship from Italy.
My question is this: is it possible that the same product sold by a Chinese company is not considered counterfeit, but when sold by an Italian seller it is?
In fact, I copied the same listing from one seller and even included the same images, and once again my listing was closed, while the seller whose listing I had copied was not.

·1 year agoas Mario pointed out, it may be that a certain product can be sold exclusively by a certain vendor...... the fact of having "copied" photos and listing may be considered, rightly, an aggravating factor..... as for others selling it anyway.... that also depends on the reports received by Ebay.....

Maybe he has the rights to sell that brand and can use it (the brand) in his listings, and he reported you because you don’t have them.
