Hello everyone.
I was doing some research on some books and I came across several listings where the title indicated a lot sale, with a single image showing about twenty books, at a really low price. Then, after reading the description carefully, the price referred to a single book, for which you didn’t have a clear image, because you could only see the spines of the books, but you had to contact the seller, who would sell you the requested book.
Are these kinds of listings legal? Because if I hadn’t read the description carefully and had bought on the spot based on the title and image, I would have expected all the books in the photo.

·3 years agoI think you’ve answered your own question, in the sense that if by reading the description you were able to understand the details regarding the auction, it means the auction correctly states the sales method.
I think a seller who works like this isn’t doing a good job, and ends up attracting a lot of problems that they could avoid by dedicating more time, care, and attention to the descriptions of the items.
But the world is beautiful because it is diverse, and you did well to read all the text without making a mistake.
