Dear guys, I’m Augusto and, alas, a total novice on the subject.
I received notification of a sale of one of my items and I’d like to know a few things!
I should say that initially I had enabled receiving money via IBAN linked to a card, but I think the process was not completed because, in fact, I received no feedback at all on this operation .
Now I have entered the standard IBAN of my bank but not understanding some instructions and wording, could you please help me?

First of all, can you confirm that it’s not a FAKE ?
The incoming email address is indeed ebay@ebay.com ...
Unfortunately a second screenshot is being denied to me ...
Then the money would seem to be on hold and therefore released on November 2...is that right !
The red banner that says then ... I don’t understand, do I have to confirm the new settings ?
Or ?
How do I know that the new procedure for transferring the money has been carried out properly?

·1 year agoIt says that the funds will be released on October 21, but that they were unable to verify some information on your account and so they are asking you to update your details by November 2.
There is also a link to do it.
If you have any problems, you can have eBay customer service contact you (using the link you find at the bottom of both these 2 pages) ...
