I sold an item in Glasgow, the item was not delivered to the recipient because they were absent, now it is at the local post office. But the buyer is asking for a refund, how should I handle this???

·2 years agoIf they don’t pick up the package, it gets sent back to you.
At this point you’ll only refund the cost of the item, minus the shipping cost.
If the tracking clearly shows that the package is being held and they don’t pick it up, that’s enough for eBay (and PayPal).
The recipient could try the chargeback route, though... and in that case they might side with them...
