PURCHASED ITEM BUT NOT WORKING
Good morning everyone,
I bought an item from a seller on Ebay......
the item was described as used, but working.
When it arrived, it was broken, repaired, and not working.
The seller did not accept the return.
I am not entitled to a refund, but after leaving negative feedback, it was deleted.
I would like to know from you why it was deleted.
At least that I demand.

·1 year agoReading the seller's response, it appears that PROBABLY a small brightness defect was present and PRESUMABLY also described in the listing.
Unfortunately this is no longer available to confirm the above hypotheses, but evidently eBay (also due to an initial request that may not have been correct) took this into account and refused the refund.

·1 year agoThe seller can write whatever they want, if the item arrives broken or not working the buyer can open a refund claim for an item not as described. Keep in mind that on the forum pages you can already find all the answers to any kind of behavior. Because these questions are asked thousands, millions of times over the course of a year and they keep repeating constantly because no one bothers to read other people’s posts. Feedback was removed from eBay because it probably was harmful to the seller. Insults, intimidation regarding the transaction that took place, are deleted. Obviously, a somewhat savvy buyer shouldn’t limit themselves to just seeing a good deal. They should understand what and who they are dealing with at the time of purchase. Things you can do sitting in front of the PC maybe sipping a glass of Brandy, not on the phone in a rush between one commitment and twenty incoming or outgoing messages. Planning is better. Best regards.
