Item delivered but buyer denies it
Hello
I shipped the package regularly, the shipment shows as delivered but the buyer reported the item not received
Besides, in the registered address the province abbreviation was also wrong (not updated), and I obviously changed the abbreviation to the correct one
I wrote more than one message to the buyer, including my mobile number, but he didn’t call me, didn’t write to me, and didn’t reply to the eBay messages
Should I try writing to eBay? What should I do?

the blocked funds are due to the open report.
Also retrieve the proof of delivery and I’d say you’re all set.
