Item different from the photos and description
Hello everyone, I opened a return procedure for an item that is totally different from the photos..the seller replies that there are no problems and offers me a partial refund, I didn’t want to accept it because I still can’t do anything with it, but to avoid causing him courier issues etc. I accept it. He tells me to close the procedure so he can give me the partial refund... So I do it in good faith.
I never thought that for 20 euros a professional seller would disappear.. and yet he has disappeared.. do I have any way to defend myself? Thanks

·1 year agoIt was your right to refuse the partial refund; instead, you should have disputed the nonconformity through eBay and returned the item to him (at his expense).
By closing the dispute, you implicitly accepted the item.
Your only option left is to try the process through PayPal...

OP1 year agoYeah, I know, I would never have thought a professional seller would go and do such stupid stuff for 20 euros... The whole item cost 35 shipped... I, so as not to make him lose the courier money.. look how kindness gets you...
