Hello everyone, I'll keep this brief. Item ordered from Poland, it arrived but inside there wasn't what I was expecting, but a pair of old shoes, with a weight similar to the product I ordered. Obviously I opened a dispute for item not received, and support says that if I want a refund I have to provide a copy of the police report....but are you kidding me? First of all, the package was stolen somewhere along the way (between Poland and Italy), all within 20 days. Second, where did eBay's protection go? Maybe it was the seller himself who made a fake shipment for all I know! I have no intention of filing any report or getting into legal trouble, since in this country you risk ending up in an endless legal vortex, with fallout that could last for years, and on top of that I would have to pay for a lawyer for any dispute. If I really have to report someone, I'll report eBay. What do you think? Regards.
