Last November I registered as a seller, but I never verified the account. Now, for the first time, I made a sale, but I’m being asked to verify it with the microdeposits, except I can’t find them on my bank’s website, so I don’t know how to enter the amounts. How can I proceed?

First of all, it is important to remember that transfers coming from eBay are foreign transfers.

Regarding your bank, you need to check:

That it is possible to receive foreign transfers.

That it is possible to receive foreign transfers without fees (because if you receive a foreign transfer of 5 cents, maybe only the fees to be paid will arrive).

That it is possible to receive foreign transfers even of a few cents (some banks have limits of 5 or 10 euros for each transfer)

If so, write the name of the bank here and we’ll try to see whether some more information can be found.
