Order cancellation issue

I tried to cancel an order and I couldn't. The seller said they agrees with the cancellation, only eBay doesn't allow it. It's an error on eBay. order number is 05-11314-37105

Buyers cannot cancel orders but they can ask the seller to cancel an order if needed.

Send this link to the seller or have them read this post:

Best regards.
