register multiple eBay accounts (as a professional seller) with the same VAT number
Hello everyone,
reading the rules (which in some points are not exactly clear) I think I understood that with the same VAT number (and the same business bank account) it is possible to open several eBay accounts as a professional seller, as long as each account is opened with a different email address.
Can anyone who has several accounts confirm that this is the case?

The idea was to open several online stores in order to specialize each store in selling a specific item or a specific sector. I think that in the eyes of the buyer, a specialized store inspires more trust than a store that sells a bit of everything...
So is a different email for each account the only requirement?

·1 year agoYou're welcome, of course it isn't allowed to sell the same items on different shops, so if you diversify, you won't have any problem.
In addition to the email, I also used different phone numbers.
