Item received does not match the description or photos
(return request)
Hello everyone, today I received my first return request for item not as described or in the photos.
The item in question is a watch, a Philip Watch from the 1980s, perfectly working at the time of shipping and sold as water resistant 20 ATM (200 meters).
Two days after delivery, the buyer, without even messaging me, opens a return request for item not as described or in the photos and comments "the watch is not water resistant" and attaches two photos of the watch with condensation on the crystal.
The photos in the listing show the case back with the words Water resistant 20 ATM, and the water resistance is also confirmed by the watch's technical sheet.
How should I handle this case? Do I have to accept the return of a watch that is surely now not even working anymore?

diversamente, se non fai nulla su una contestazione per oggetto non conforme aperta, l'epilogo e' scontato: ci rimetti oggetto e soldi......
