14-day return from?
Good morning guys,
I was looking for this information. On an item I purchased, it says “returns accepted within 14 days”.
But it doesn’t say whether this means from the day of purchase or the day of delivery.
I’m asking because there are some delays in delivery, and I’d already go past the days before receiving the item.

·1 year agoIn case you change your mind, the 14 days start from the actual delivery date.
In case of a non-conforming item, the period is 30 days, again from the actual delivery date.
