Received an item not ordered and not paid for

hello,

today my husband received a package from Hungary, and inside there were coins from Congo, and a thank-you note for the completed deal inviting him to leave positive feedback if he was satisfied with the transaction. All of this is strange because my husband is not registered on eBay, never goes on the site, did not pay for those coins, but the seller apparently knows my husband's first and last name, address, and even phone number.

Has this happened to you too? Do you know who I should talk to for clarification?
