Refund after 30 days

Good morning
I sold a replacement part on April 1st, it was paid for and shipped, and the buyer received it.
They contacted me yesterday, so after 29 days, to tell me that the item doesn't fit their car, demanding a refund.
the problem is that in the listing I specified that returns are not accepted, there is contact info to reach us in case of any doubts before buying and that in the meantime the buyer sold that replacement part. How should I deal with this because I no longer have the replacement part since they sold it.

·1 year agoas indicated by Sika ..... this sentence is highly ambiguous " How am I supposed to handle this because I no longer have the replacement part since he sold it. " : maybe rereading what was written before posting could be good advice......

·1 year agoThe buyer sold the spare part but wants to be refunded? Did I understand that right?
As a private seller, you are not obligated to accept a return because the buyer changed their mind.
You can only accept a return if the item does not match the description.
But it is NECESSARY that the buyer RETURNS the item they purchased to you.
Otherwise, nothing can be done.
If the buyer has opened a dispute with you for item not as described, I advise you to contact eBay support and explain that the buyer has MEANWHILE sold the item.
To contact support, go here:

Open this web page, scroll all the way down the page until you reach the bottom.
At the end of the page you will find: ASK US TO CALL YOU.

·1 year agoGood morning,
had you already received a response... did you read it?
So, let's make this clear, the buyer can't demand anything without the return... so if they no longer have the item, they can't demand absolutely anything!
Kind regards.
