report of rude and arrogant behavior by a seller

Hello, I would simply like to report to EBAY the rude and arrogant behavior of a seller, but despite my efforts I have found that unfortunately it is not possible to make any reports against sellers, who on the EBAY platform are unfortunately obviously super protected to the detriment of buyers. It is even almost impossible to leave negative or neutral feedback. At this point I wonder how truthful the screening of a seller is, given the impossibility or near impossibility for a buyer to express an opinion about them.

First of all, on eBay it is STILL POSSIBLE TO LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.

But compared to the past, a number of PARAMETERS and PROCEDURES have to be followed.

I always recommend not acting on instinct / impulse because you could make a number of mistakes, not only in judgment but also regarding the content of the feedback and eBay rules, which could then lead to the feedback being removed.

Just recently I had to leave a negative one UNFORTUNATELY (I really leave them very rarely) for a whole series of unfair practices I received, despite having given all my willingness to resolve the matter........

I buy a pair of headphones for the smartphone with Buy It Now.

Instead of contacting me through eBay messaging, the seller does it via SMS and writes to me that he wants 1.35 euros more because he made a mistake.

From there starts a totally absurd, disconnected and senseless WhatsApp chat..... (if you're interested in the details I can send you the WhatsApp chat screenshots privately or maybe I can write the full story here on the forum).

in general, just know the rules to easily arrive at the opposite conclusion.......
