German site
I think I’ve fallen into a trap. In one message I’m asked whether the issue is resolved or eBay’s intervention is offered. The complaint is not resolved at all. The seller has not responded and, when I ask for intervention, through the relevant link the German site appears and the option to obtain eBay’s intervention, on the German page, does not seem to be available! And I find this unfair because it could affect my right to a refund
