Shipping status
Good day, maybe it's my fault, I don't know, that's why I'm writing to you, but I sent a package to Sweden, after a month it still hasn't been delivered, at least that's what I'm being told, the shipment status still shows "in transit" the post office says it has left for the destination country, but they still haven't delivered it. Following the buyer's complaint, the money on my account is blocked, but is it normal for this to work like this? I don't know. I shipped within the expected time, what else can I do? Thank you

·2 years agoYou’re making a shipment within the EU, so it seems reasonable that after 1 month the buyer has opened a dispute for item not received.
What kind of shipping service did you use? Check the delivery times for the service and see whether you’re entitled to compensation.
If you used the registered mail service, the service charter says: Europe: from the 15th business day after the shipping date, no later than 6 months.
Kind regards.

·2 years agoBy accepting ebay's terms of service, you are responsible until the item is delivered into the buyer's hands.
If the product doesn't arrive, you'll have to refund him.
