User leaves negative feedback randomly
Hello everyone,
unfortunately I had the bad experience of dealing with this *** who (as you can see from the feedback on his profile) likes to leave random negative feedback for the sellers he buys from.
In my case he asked to pay with a 5-day delay (I kindly agreed) and today he made the payment.
On the same day I find that message with insults that you can see in the screenshot and the negative feedback.
Luckily I had only packed it without making the label or even shipping it because I would have ended up with the item in transit and the negative feedback + mockery in private.
Obviously I reported everything, but I wonder: is it possible that eBay can tolerate users like this? On his profile it is full of positive feedback (because we can only leave those) but it says "warning to this user, leaves negative feedback at random" and looking at the feedback he leaves and the sellers' replies it is clearly really like that.
How do you report this issue to the platform so that a user like this gets banned instantly?

·2 years agoconcordando quanto scritto da Mario , Ebay , per la privacy, non rende comunque noto i provvedimenti che prende..... inoltre , se i venditori non segnalano l'acquirente e/o non contattano l'assistenza per la rimozione feedback limitandosi a rispondere o dando falsi feed positivi con commento negativo ( ....rischiando di passare dalla parte del torto.....) , Ebay di suo non andra' mai a verificare......
...... comunque effettivamente taluni acquirenti hanno una "serialita' " sospetta ....
