IQOS sales banned?! Okay, then why are there still active listings?
Hello everyone,
I saw some iqos for sale on ebay, so I thought I’d go ahead and sell mine, which is brand new, by the way.
When I was about to post the listing, the warning message appeared saying that the sale of cigarettes and similar products has been prohibited since 2021. Also, reading the new rules, it says that existing listings would be removed by 2021.
So I’m asking: what are the iqos sale listings found today 31/08/2023 doing there?!? (see image)
Also, among the various listings, one is highlighted as NEW LISTING (see image).

·2 years agoBut if you get a speeding ticket, do you then appeal because there are so many people who exceed the speed limit and don’t get fined?
Rules have to be followed. If it’s forbidden to sell certain types of products, they did the right thing by removing your listing (and I hope all the similar ones meet the same fate).

If it bothers you so much that you weren't able to post while others WERE, you can always report the listings that violate the rules.
