non-professional seller
sent 5 emails: no reply, bought item and then refunded because it wasn't convenient for the seller, and there are really so many who ignore emails.....what to do with these people or rather what can ebay do ? I don't want to risk my feedback and reputation by exposing myself clearly but I don't want to put up with it either

·2 years agoUnfortunately, all you can do is report the sellers in question to eBay; I assume that if more users go ahead and report them, some action will be taken in the future. As for negative feedback, I’d leave it alone — after all, they refunded you. If you do want to leave it, just describe what happened, without getting personal and writing things like "...dishonest seller...unfair...not very professional...etc.", otherwise, beyond the feedback being removed, you could also run into legal disputes with the seller depending on the terms used.

And anyway, if a seller seems dishonest to you, just report them to eBay...
