Summary: The initial post by etnicworldinstruments concerns a seller who is not responding. marioelegio and heavenwelkin reply, but the contents of their messages are not specified.
Hello, for a while now I’ve been trying to buy from a seller who has very good products and good prices, but every time I try I get a warning saying there is a system problem and the purchase can’t be completed. I tried contacting the seller, who replied the first time that they had a problem with carrying out international shipments with eBay, which I didn’t quite understand fully, then on the following times they simply didn’t reply to my messages anymore. I’m wondering, is it legitimate to post products and then not allow buyers to purchase them, and not even respond to requests? If not illegal, at least rude and against eBay’s policies, I hope to receive some kind of response from someone.

·10 months agoI seem to understand that if you try to buy from this seller who is outside Italy, the system prevents it.
So from that alone one could GUESS that in your country (Italy) the seller does not ship.
I believe the seller did not mean to be rude to you in telling you that Italy probably is not among the countries to which this seller ships.
In conclusion, if eBay does not let you buy as an Italian seller and if the seller has no longer replied to you, you will necessarily have to buy elsewhere.
Best regards

·10 months agoEbay is a global marketplace, but some sellers don't trust shipping to all countries in the world. Abroad, we are not famous for our honesty and more than a few people are afraid of our "cunning".
