I bought a Lenovo T14 laptop “like new” at a low but believable price, it only has 9 100% positive feedback ratings going back a year or more, all with the same listing. At first I thought it was someone selling company surplus (it happens, and it’s a business laptop). But now I’m starting to have some doubts (paid through PayPal on eBay). Are scams possible despite the feedback (few but believable) and PayPal payment? Could he end up sending me a brick? The positive feedback wouldn’t make sense.
