account suspended for counterfeiting but it's false and wrong

Hello, I’ve lost my patience with eBay ever since they removed phone support. This is the third report I’ve received for counterfeit items, and that’s false. I appealed / filed a complaint, attaching the invoice and detailed photos, and of course, since everything is handled automatically, they rejected it. There’s no way out of it. I only sell original goods, never bought a fake, never bought from suspicious sites, everything comes from European stores and European boutiques, but their pathetic AI makes mistake after mistake, and this will definitely lead to my account being closed since now every 2-3 weeks an item listing gets reported for counterfeiting. how can this be solved? in the past I had solved it by calling, explaining and showing the evidence, and in fact they unlocked it for me early. now it’s impossible, chat and email replies are of a level of badness I’ve never seen. they don’t understand and don’t read what you write but reply with automatic responses. I need help, how can this be solved?

Suspension and rejection of complaint for incorrect evaluation of the item

Hello, This is not the first time that eBay has suspended my account because it incorrectly evaluates items I’ve listed for sale; specifically, it always happens because it mistakes replica airsoft parts for firearm parts. They are similar, but they are meant for legally sold toys and have no restrictions at all. The complaint gets rejected again this time too, the listing returns an error when I try to close it, and I end up with a blocked account and all my other listings invisible. Why are the appeals, where the toy function of the part is clearly explained, rejected without any chance to speak with a human operator, at least to reactivate sales without having to wait so long? Do you know if there is an email channel or chat to have a conversation without ending up in the maze of articles, FAQs, and automatic replies that lead nowhere? Thanks

hello, I’ve been fighting with eBay for months about their counterfeit item detection systems. My listings get suspended one time and then again, and now they’ve put restrictions on my account. what’s the problem? MY MERCHANDISE IS ALL ORIGINAL! I’VE ALWAYS FILED APPEALS AND SENT PROOF SUCH AS INVOICES, DETAILED PHOTOS OF THE ITEM, PHOTOS AND SCREENSHOTS OF ORDER EMAILS FROM AUTHORIZED RETAILERS, and they’ve never checked ANY of it, and after 4 listings flagged by their systems, now I have a restricted account. it’s impossible to talk to anyone, I’ve pestered them a million times by email and never got any replies, it’s become a mess without phone support, I really don’t know what to do.

Sale item in Canada, requests compensation for item not arrived, is compensated and the package is delivered and he picks it up without any issues

Hello, I wanted to share this misadventure, I sold a Vintage Toy to a Canadian user, while the package was in transit, he asked to be compensated for an item not delivered, I explained to eBay that the package is regularly in transit, all of it can be documented in the tracking, he asked for intervention from customer service which, without much preamble, decided to reimburse him on 12/06/2026, I appeal to tell them that the package is in transit but nothing, meanwhile the user blocks me by putting me on a blacklist and no longer replies to my messages, the package keeps moving and yesterday 29/06/2026 it was delivered to the user who collected it regularly, official eBay tracking that shows it as delivered, they removed the call, I submitted the request several times via chat, I want to see if they give me a hand, because I call this a SCAM, I can't find any other words to comment on it . I repeat, trackable package, tracking on Poste Italiane and regularly delivered yesterday to the user who picked it up without any problems, basically I lost the item / shipping costs / paid the fees ????? for free ........... No protection from Ebay, even though the seller ships items different from those listed in the ad, useless protection, warning to everyone, seller auction sale problems purchase dispute claim

The seller sends items that do not match reality, using tactics to extend the return period so as to go beyond 30 days; in this case it is fraud and not a normal dispute. When you ask eBay for help, you are not protected, making it impossible to open a dispute and likewise to contact them by email. Replying only that they can be contacted through the courts, without even specifying which courts. What's more, by posting the threads they also block those so you can't reply without giving any chance to dispute or upload evidence. I recommend avoiding this platform, because even in cases of obvious fraud you are not protected
