Suspension and rejection of complaint for incorrect evaluation of the item

Hello, This is not the first time that eBay has suspended my account because it incorrectly evaluates items I’ve listed for sale; specifically, it always happens because it mistakes replica airsoft parts for firearm parts. They are similar, but they are meant for legally sold toys and have no restrictions at all. The complaint gets rejected again this time too, the listing returns an error when I try to close it, and I end up with a blocked account and all my other listings invisible. Why are the appeals, where the toy function of the part is clearly explained, rejected without any chance to speak with a human operator, at least to reactivate sales without having to wait so long? Do you know if there is an email channel or chat to have a conversation without ending up in the maze of articles, FAQs, and automatic replies that lead nowhere? Thanks

Controversy over missing object

Hello everyone, I’d like to understand how seller protection works in a case like this. A buyer received a package and opened a dispute claiming that the package had arrived empty and that the item purchased wasn’t inside . Following the report, the dispute was then taken over directly by eBay. My question is: is it enough for a buyer to claim that the package arrived empty to get a full refund and, at the same time, damage the seller’s Status? Thanks to anyone who has had direct experience with similar cases and can share how the dispute ended.

Protect your items for sale by customizing them or obscuring part of them because they're copying your listing.

Good morning, I don’t know if this has happened to you too, but to find your articles published by third parties, copied. In my opinion this causes enormous damage, as well as confusion especially in certificates of originality and authenticity. eBay forbids phone contact outside the eBay circle, but everything would be much simpler with a video call to resolve any doubt about the actual possession of the item and the documentation of an authentic article. Has anyone run into these problems? What is your opinion? The eBay system does not recognize and does not even distinguish the original from the photocopy. Abhorrent, but try it to believe it. Any advice is welcome. AI is not reliable even with email replies. Is it worth entrusting valuable items and unique pieces after the platform’s total decline?

No protection from Ebay, even though the seller ships items different from those listed in the ad, useless protection, warning to everyone, seller auction sale problems purchase dispute claim

The seller sends items that do not match reality, using tactics to extend the return period so as to go beyond 30 days; in this case it is fraud and not a normal dispute. When you ask eBay for help, you are not protected, making it impossible to open a dispute and likewise to contact them by email. Replying only that they can be contacted through the courts, without even specifying which courts. What's more, by posting the threads they also block those so you can't reply without giving any chance to dispute or upload evidence. I recommend avoiding this platform, because even in cases of obvious fraud you are not protected
