Good morning, A week ago I got an order for a promoted item, but the order was canceled right after. Despite this, eBay withheld €30 in promoted listing fees even though the item was ultimately not sold. The buyer is rightly requesting a refund, but my balance is not sufficient precisely because of these €30 withheld. How can I get back the €30 from eBay Promoted Listings, since the item has not yet been sold? Thank you very much
