Hello everyone. Over the last few months I’ve made several small sales without any issues, but today the same thing happened to me again, something that had already happened a few months ago. Let me explain: in my listings I offer two types of shipping as stated in the rules (they’re the same for everyone), a "standard" one at a cost of 5.90 (Poste or BRT to home) and one for 3.90 with the "Poste Punto di Ritiro" option. On top of that, of course, I’ve also activated the pickup point service in eBay’s settings and I’ve already sold items with both methods without any problem. Today it happened again that I had a sale that was a sort of "in-between" case, in the sense that the buyer had paid the 3.90 for a pickup point shipment, but the shipping address was the home address. eBay itself, from the label printing screen inside the platform, only offered me home deliveries (with a variable cost between 5 and 6 euros), which cost more than the entire amount paid (4.90 since the item was a trifle worth 1 euro). I don’t think I got the settings or anything else wrong because if I log in as a guest (without login) I actually see everything as it should be (the two options are alternatives) and, as I said, I’ve had other sales go through smoothly with both shipping types and without any confusion, which is a sign that 99% of the time the configuration wasn’t wrong. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so does anyone know how to fix it?
