2 questions about the items I’m putting up for sale

If with BUY IT NOW I sell 2, 3 items (or more) with the classic drop-down menu, can I sell these items for less than 1 euro?

And if instead with BUY IT NOW I put 1 SINGLE ITEM up for sale, can I sell it for less than 1 euro?

Let me know?

Thanks
