Time-waster buyer
Hello, a buyer, after I accepted their offer, asked to cancel because they found the same item at a lower price.
I’d like to know whether it’s possible not to grant this cancellation to this person, considering that my item does not allow returns.

·3 years agoInstead, I’d really advise you to cancel, with these premises you could easily find yourself in a possible dispute for non-compliance and your not providing for a refund would be of no use.

·3 years agoIn fact, it's better to cancel and then block the buyer in order to avoid the situation happening again in the future.
