I update the quantity, but it doesn't change and stays incorrect
Good morning, when I update the quantity of an item it doesn't change and stays the old one: for example I own an item in large quantity but I only leave two available to make the buyer feel urgency, but when I change the quantity it doesn't update for me and sometimes my listing expires because the quantity is 0. (I don't use external software in case anyone was wondering)

Try closing the listing and reopening it by entering the correct quantity.

·10 months agoI would first worry about regularizing the account and switching to a professional account.
With this account you cannot publish your VAT number and your contact info, which a professional user must disclose by law.
Beyond that, there is the issue of unfair competition for evading eBay fees (which are higher for professional sellers). Once you’ve gotten everything in order, you can contact eBay customer service and ask for help.
