Order cancellation

Question

Hello, I sold an item that was paid for immediately. Obviously the amount is not yet available in my account, but I am forced to cancel this sale because the item is no longer available. I would like to be sure that the buyer, who is not at fault, does not lose anything. Can you confirm this for me?

if you cancel, everything is refunded....... the problem could be how the buyer takes it...... ;

PS: as per the rules, if you have been a seller for only a short time and the funds are on hold (basically if you are considered a new / not regular seller with sporadic sales and therefore subject to the hold) , the refund will be made through the linked account
