HelloI shipped my items as I usually do via Packlink/Ebay, the item in question was a notebook packaged perfectly, and as if that weren't enough, I also take out insurance for the full value in order to protect the buyer. The bottom line is that the notebook was delivered with the display damaged; according to the Delia representative, which is fake, they certainly declared a damaged display is not covered by the insurance policy. If this isn't fraud, please find a definition for the above statement.
