I had signed up for the Christmas promo.
I sold the item on December 31, 2024.
A few days later I received the payment and then the positive feedback.
Now I’ll have to wait until January 15, 2025 to get the money in my account (for the usual security issue) but according to eBay I have to pay 32 euros in fees!
So I decided a few days ago to contact eBay.
They call me on the phone and 3 times they tell me I’ll be called back by other departments.
Each time they tell me I’ll be contacted within 24 hours and I never get contacted.
In the last phone call they tell me that I HAD NOT activated their offer.
OF COURSE, I must have imagined the screens that said YOU HAVE ACTIVATED THE OFFER with the little box turning GREEN.
An absolute disgrace.

OP1 year agoThe payment was sent to me and OBVIOUSLY they took the money for the fees.
I'm still waiting for their umpteenth phone call to clear up an indecent situation.
At the moment, I still haven't received the call. Almost 24 hours have gone by...

You had already expressed your disappointment in two other separate discussions.
You need to hope that someone from the relevant department reads you and cancels the 32 euro fee.
If you manage to resolve it, let us know.
