Change of IBAN to a new one

Hello, I urgently need help changing the IBAN to the new one. It asks me to enter the old IBAN, but I no longer have the old one and I haven't logged into my eBay for a long time. How do I enter this new IBAN of mine?...

if it asks you for the old IBAN and there are no alternatives to go further in the process, first I would try to recover it (checking whether you still have some receipt somewhere for incoming and/or outgoing transactions on the account, or simply contacting the bank that issued it to you... just to name a few );

then maybe try contacting eBay support?
