Payment Dispute
I made a sale at the end of September, the money was released and everything went fine. A few days ago, I received a refund request for non-receipt of the package from the buyer, but given the long timing, almost 3 months from the scheduled delivery date, in a chat with an eBay assistant the case was closed in my favor. Just now, the buyer has opened a dispute, I replied and gave instructions, but I did ship the item in question, I provided a tracking number and contacted the postal service, who told me there were no issues and/or anomalies in the delivery of the package. What can I do? At least to get my item back?

·2 years agoThe only thing you can do in these cases is provide proof of delivery + confirmation from the post office that there were no issues and/or anomalies in the delivery of the package.
Then you will have to wait for the outcome that eBay gives you.
If eBay rules against you, you lose both the item and the money.
If eBay rules in your favor, the refund is made with eBay's money and not with your funds.

·2 years agoIf the buyer says they didn’t receive it, how could he return it to you?
You’d need the POD (proof of delivery) or at least the tracking confirmation showing the item (with that code and sent to that address) as delivered.
The dispute was not made through eBay, but through PayPal or a credit card. If they rule in the buyer’s favor, eBay will have to refund him and then recover the money from you.
