Coordinates for incorrect mail deliveries
Summary: The thread discusses a problem with incorrect coordinates for mail delivery. alberomaestro96 and sika700 exchange messages to resolve the issue, but the specific details of the conversation are not available.
I sent an envelope to a buyer who lists as the destination city a town that is in a different province from the one indicated. Will the package definitely get lost, or can the postal service find its way by looking at the street and city name? If I get a negative rating, can I have it removed if I cite “wrong province” as the reason for non-delivery? I’ve already taken a screenshot. The buyer isn’t responding.
The shipment was sent from Post Office 4 and, as for the delivery details, I relied on the information provided by the buyer, which I copied and pasted, printed out, and put on the envelope.

·1 year agoI'd say there are already hundreds of posts on the topic: if you send it untracked (like posta 4, exactly....) , you can even make a three-hour video, but in the end it won't be taken into consideration......

·1 year agoWith Posta 4 you won't be able to have any certainty of delivery... I'd say you can already get ready to issue the refund...
Kind regards.

OP1 year agoI could reply to the buyer by denying the refund, since it was the buyer themself who provided incorrect details, or ones with errors? Unfortunately, I noticed it too late.
The ZIP code is correct anyway, I don't know if it will still manage to arrive because of this.

·1 year agoNo... you wouldn't have any way to prove shipment or delivery.
By shipping with Posta 4, you rely solely on the buyer's good faith, who, even if they receive the package, could easily tell you they never got it and you wouldn't have any way to dispute that.
Have a nice Sunday.
