Right of withdrawal

good morning,regarding the right of withdrawal, can/must the seller indicate the exclusion case provided for by Art. 59 or Art. 47 c.2, and if so, do they do it in the product description field? or are there special functions for the professionals' console? thanks.

A professional seller can exclude the right of withdrawal only for the categories provided for by art. 59.

I think that in your case you are referring to point d .... the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. I’d say you can safely cite this exclusion in the description: Article for which the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to art. 59 c1 point d of the consumer code.
