Hello everyone, I sold a vintage notebook to a user in the USA, but unfortunately it came back to me yesterday with a label stuck on the package saying (according to them) "dangerous goods". Being a notebook, it obviously has a battery (an exhausted one, too). This was clearly indicated with the labels showing "battery hazard" inside. The same label you find on the countless products that now include batteries, and that we receive in the packages when we buy them.How can I avoid this happening again? Aside from firing the idiot in customs who is clearly as ignorant as a goat. Is there a way to contact customs? However this ends, the 25 euros in shipping were still wasted, and I doubt Packlink will refund them.
