Drop deluxe on eBay
Good morning guys, I'm asking you because neither eBay nor Drop Deluxe are able to solve this. I don't know if you know Drop Deluxe, a platform that can be connected to eBay and let you sell through them so you don't have to keep a warehouse. Basically I connected Drop D. to eBay, but when I add one of their products on my eBay it doesn't complete the procedure, showing me the error I'm attaching. I followed the video tutorial provided by the site exactly, but without success. Can anyone help me?

I don't know the service you mentioned, but from what you've attached the service is warning you that ebay may hold the funds for a certain period of time.
So I suppose this drop deluxe, before shipping the goods to the buyer, wants to have received the payment.
I don't know if you are aware that ebay holds funds for at least 14 days on the first sales of new users.
For more information go here:

Kind regards.

OP3 years agoThank you for replying, I'll try asking them if that's actually the case and see if I can get it resolved. Thanks again.

OP3 years agoAnyway, I know eBay holds the funds on the first sales. Actually, I’ve already made a few test sales and I’ve also already done the first withdrawal, so I think this issue has now been unblocked, at least I think so. Anyway, with Drop Deluxe the process is just listing the ad, so there shouldn’t be any blocks, I think.

·3 years agoBy default, eBay processes the payment and then makes the bank transfer after 2 days.
To check that your payments are not being held for 14 days, go here:
https://www.ebay.it/sh/fin
on the right you will find the payments received and the send date as shown in this image 23 May completed and 25 May bank transfer received.
If you see that the times are definitely longer, then it means that you still need to make more sales to get immediate access to the funds.
In general, for a new account and/or for an old account that hasn't sold anything for a long time, it takes more than 10 ~ 15 successful transactions to get immediate access to the funds.
But these figures are purely indicative estimates because each account is different.
After you've checked this aspect of the sale, try to see how the service you mentioned works to check whether it can also work in the presence of funds held for 14 days.
Kind regards.

·3 years agoAlso consider that to sell via dropshipping you would need a VAT number and a professional account.

OP3 years agoYes, I made the professional account. As for the VAT number, unfortunately if I don’t first see how this business goes, I can’t open one because I’d sink before even starting. Clearly, if everything goes as I hope, I fully intend to do it and get everything in order, since this is the job I’d like to do.

·3 years agoHmm, sorry, hold on a second... have you ever seen a private individual open a pizzeria, see if they have customers because the pizza is good, and then get everything in order??
But is that a normal way of thinking??

OP3 years agoOk ok thank you very much, you clarified perfectly some doubts I had anyway, I'll wait to make some more sales then and then I'll see how the situation goes.
