Hello everyone, unfortunately the other day I had to refund a buyer because a product was damaged during transport by those damn DPD (Bartolini in Italy) in German territory.The user, upon receiving the package, sent me photos of the actual damage clearly caused by the unfortunate transport. But I was wondering, what if they had just said they received it damaged, without providing any proof? Would I still have been forced to refund them, or in this case would eBay still ask for proof from the BUYER?
