Ebay shipping, difficulty accessing

Good morning, today I can't access the eBay Shipping console, neither through the link provided by eBay nor directly, it doesn't recognize me.

now I see that the chat with support also has some problems, is that happening for you too?

Hi. I don't know if this might be a fix, but a few days ago a friend of mine had the same problem.

I suggested he try deleting internet history, cookies, and whatever else. It worked.
