Hello, I'm reaching out to those who, like me, use Posta 1 or Posta 1 pro, since the 12th the delivery status updates haven't been working, I don't know if it's a system update issue but it always shows the wording in progress even though customers have received the items, I can see it from the feedback or in deliveries to a pickup point. Until Friday everything was working normally... I wanted to compare notes with other sellers, I know that a lot of people use this service especially for small items of little weight and value, maybe by reporting it all to poste the situation will get unstuck
