Which eBay management software do you recommend?
I miss the old Turbolister, is there anything similar?
I’d just need to archive the expired listings and then put them back up for auction after more than three months.

Very few management systems "handle" auctions, the majority instead handle Buy It Now.
But if it's just a matter of saving expired listings, why don't you save them in the inventory and then put them back up for sale when the occasion arises?

eBay support tells me that they are stored in the warehouse for 2 months, then they are lost.
Is that so?
