Good morning,

I bought a “lego” moc set.

the photos confused me, being a copy-paste of the originals, and in my ignorance I bought it. Less than 20 minutes later I canceled the order. So I was left waiting to be contacted by the seller. 4 days later, at the end of the waiting period, I had not received any response and obviously the package had been shipped and my request was denied. I’d even keep it, I want to see if it “stands up” and if it’s really not that hideous. How should I behave? Thanks for your attention.

That said, you have to be careful and read properly before buying.

I always excuse buyers who make the wrong purchase because with the app on a smartphone it’s already a lot just to manage to buy, let alone understand what you’re buying....

It’s already hard enough on a web browser to read item descriptions; it always seems like items are missing any description because the text gets mixed up with the text above and below.

In the past, item descriptions were much easier to read.

The seller should have canceled because it wouldn’t have cost him anything to do so.

Forcing an unwanted purchase seems to me like the best way to have post-sale problems.

I could understand if you had canceled after the item was marked as shipped, but after 20 minutes......

Once you receive the item, in addition to the return, you also have the option to leave feedback.

The buyer can only ask to cancel the purchase, but only the seller can decide whether to accept their request or not.

Now if you don't like it and you bought from a professional seller (or from a private seller who accepts returns), you can return it at your own expense ... https://pages.ebay.it/acquistare/restituzioni/
