·2 years agoIt seems to me like a rather generic question that, phrased in these terms, would put even phone support in difficulty, because it should be taken for granted that before putting an item up for sale on eBay, one should at least have a basic general idea of how it works.
If they have made you an offer / purchase proposal within the eBay platform, you can accept it without too many problems.
If, on the other hand, the buyer has offered you money with payments by bank transfer or via PayPal outside of eBay, then it is best to be cautious and report the buyer.
