I HAVE A QUESTION
At this time, the books I send as ordinary book parcels often arrive late or don’t arrive at all (all of this also depends on the buyers’ honesty and on Poste Italiane’s service!), and they ask me for a refund. I always issue the refund, after asking customers to wait a few more days, but if they ask me for it, I pay! These days, however, I’m also noticing a sharp drop in sales and I was wondering whether the cause was հենց these refund requests! Can anyone give me an explanation? Or is it just a coincidence?

·1 year agoOf course it does, the system detects when you issue refunds and accordingly adjusts the algorithm... meaning it worsens the visibility of your listings.
A piece of advice... regularize your account... 1300 listings with 1600 items sold does not make you a "real" private seller.
