As written in the title, this user provided his information to sell outside of eBay to a friend of mine and asked for payment as Friends and family on PayPal, so that my friend would have no way to get a refund if scammed. I told him to report the user and he did so several times over the last month, but none of the reports has received a response. I’m sure eBay is deliberately ignoring the reports, so that this seller keeps making money for them, since most reports get a response the same day and don’t take weeks or months like these.I believe he does this all the time since he immediately provided his contact information without asking questions.Is there a way to report the user directly to an eBay employee?Does this result in eBay accounts being blocked?Thanks a lot.
