Suspicious sudden sales
Good evening, has anyone in these hours had the experience of selling their own products online for years and, within just a few minutes, to users with 0 feedback created the same day?
Tonight I had two very suspicious purchases from two different users, both created on August 24, 2026.

·2 weeks agoit could be a coincidence......... we all start from zero.....
the advice is not to sell items that are too attractive and/or expensive on Ebay ( but also on other platforms that mainly protect buyers in remote sales......... )
PS: as indicated by Sika , a private seller who sells new items arouses suspicion ......... sooner or later even to Ebay itself.......

OP2 weeks agoI’ve already sold to 0-feedback users over the years, but it’s the coincidence that made me a bit suspicious... 2 sales, at a good price, an hour apart, both from 0-feedback accounts created the same day.

·2 weeks agoI’d say your sales are also suspicious... as a private user, as you define yourself, selling new items is very suspicious!

OP2 weeks agoFor what? For those 5 or 6 little models that have been sitting there for months and months? I'm a private individual who doesn't sell, that's the only reality, and it's precisely for this reason that this coincidence struck me as very strange.

·1 week agoUnfortunately there's too much lack of awareness... to put it another way... when a private individual is selling!
If you describe your item as "NEW" to a potential buyer, it makes them think there could also be a warranty... since it's new... but as a private individual you can't offer one, and so you mislead a potential buyer.
To be more correct, you should describe it as "LIKE NEW"... then it changes things.
