info discount code free shipping
Hello, I’d like some information please.
I just purchased a shipping label through ebay using the discount code "SPEDISCIGRATIS", but I had to cancel it because I only realized after buying it that my pickup address was not updated, so I clicked cancel label and create a new one, but the discount code no longer works. Can you tell me if I need to wait for it to be canceled because it is still pending, or can I no longer use the discount code (even though I didn’t use it) since it can only be used once? Thanks

·3 years agoThe code redemption process is automated, so for the system the code has been redeemed.
Evidently the automated process was not programmed for the automatic restoration of the promotional code in case of shipment cancellation.
Next time be more careful.

·3 years agopersonally I would follow this procedure:
contact Packlink ( which handles, precisely, Ebay's shipping manager), have the incorrect shipment canceled and at the same time ( or possibly right after ) ask if possible to get back the free shipping that was not used ( preferably so it can be used for the same canceled shipment with the wrong sender, but maybe that's asking too much........ )

on the Terms and Conditions page, it talks in the singular... so it would seem that only one label can be purchased.
