Can used incandescent light bulbs be sold?

Hello, I have several used incandescent light bulbs that I no longer need, and I’d like to know whether they can be sold or if I’d be breaking some rule. Thanks...

Since September 1, 2012, throughout Europe, there is: a sales ban, even for the last ones still in circulation. When talking about incandescent light bulbs, these are understood to be those with a power rating between 25 and 40 watts (the 60w ones were already banned), which are being replaced by halogen ones, LEDs and all low-energy bulbs.

I’d advise against selling them on eBay, since they’re used you could sell them locally, post an ad on other sites with fewer restrictions and sell with hand delivery.

Theoretically, the sale is prohibited, European Ecodesign regulation or EUP directive (Energy Using Products) 2005/32/EC.

After all, they would only be interesting for particular vintage applications and under normal conditions today no one would buy them (not even for free).
